All of the pictures in Rogue Terminal are of a real "house" that was built, furnished and finished from the ground up by artist Quincey Miracle. The fabricated home you see in the game is based on maps and memories of their childhood home, meticulously reconstructed and presented to the public as an interactive art exhibit of the same name. The physical space — and by extension, the game itself — were made as a form of expression touching upon the liminality of realizing and coming to terms with one's queerness, neurodiversity, and gender identity.
